TOP 8 FREE-AGENTS THAT DESERVE TO PLAY IN THE PBA!

The focus will now shift on the upcoming Commissioner's Cup. Ten teams are already on full throttle with their preparations but just in case they feel the need to add a player, this eight should be the top of their list.

AJ Mandani
He last played for Meralco in the 2014 season. I think he was something special back then and I still believe that. He has this swag on him that you will only see on special players. Maybe, he has other red flags but nevertheless, he deserves another chance.

Jay-R Taganas
He never played in the PBA but his 29 rebounds in the D-League still ties the PBA record done in the inaugural season of the PBA. He is still at his prime, 28, so if any team needs rebounding, he is the man to call.

Magi Sison
Height is might. He is already out from the PBA for three years and it seems he is not playing on any of the top amateur leagues anymore but his 6'7 stature is still something to be desired.

Jondan Salvador
I am pretty sure a lot of you know this guy. He is an undersize big with a lot of grit and hustle. His career average of 3.7 points and 5.0 rebounds in 16.8 minutes speaks a lot about his hardworking style. He could be a great mentor for young bigs who need to develop some fight in them.

Elmer Espiritu
He will not be the 4th overall pick of the 2010 PBA draft if he is nothing special. Everyone compared him to Arwind Santos when he entered the league unfortunately, he was never given enough opportunity to show what he is made of. And the saddest part was the report that he already decided to hang his sneakers. Maybe, one of the young franchises can still give him one more shot.

Jerramy King

His named was the 36th to be called in the last PBA draft but I don't have any doubt that he is one of the most prolific scorer in the amateur ranks right now and he really deserves a shot in the pro league.

Sunday Salvacion
His PBA career mark is 6.7 points and 3.1 rebounds. He is one of the deadliest shooter in the history of the league even though his numbers really regressed in the last few years. His experience and his markmanship could be valuable to a young squad looking for a mentor and a leader.
Willie Miller
Letting him play in the amateur is a huge disrespect to a two-times Most Valuable Player awardee! I don't know what the expansion teams were thinking for not signing him. Two seasons ago, he was still respectable in Barako with his 9.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. Give him the money and let him be the mentor of your young guards.
