Former two-division champion and commentator Timothy Bradley Jr. went viral across boxing channels for harshly criticizing Shakur Stevenson's proposed co-feature clash against Manny Pacquiao on the Joshua–Fury Cardiff card.
Bradley publicly called out Stevenson for hunting down an opponent who is 47 years old and has not won an official sanctioned bout since 2019. He argued that a defensive, low-output decision by Stevenson would be booed by 80,000 spectators at Principality Stadium, while stopping a faded icon would look exploitative.
