A Huge Night of Fights at URCC 28: Vindication


Universal Reality Combat Championship in November 6, 2016 at Marriott Grand Ballroom, Resorts World Manila is going to be a huge night of fights.

URCC 28: Vindication will feature four title bouts. Four warriors will cement and defend their place as the champions of their divisions. Featherweight title holder Do Gyeom Lee will go to war with Ryan Dela Cruz as the main event. CJ 'The Golden Boy' De Tomas vs. Alvin 'Kastigo' Ramirez is the co-headliners of the night. The two will compete in a flyweight championship bout. Geli Bulaong will be fighting China's Yan Qi Hui in women's flyweight in hopes for obtaining the first URCC female championship crown. Chris Hofmann and John Adajar stepping up on a less than 30 days short notice. They will face off against each other for the vacant middleweight strap.

The card is also made up of mixed martial artists who will step into the cage by three. Iyos Espinosa, John Rey Larena and team captain Arvin "Asintado" Chan takes on Mark Palomar, Patrick Dos Santos and team captain Panchito "Sugar Ray" Estroso. URCC really stepped up. It will be the first time that a mixed martial arts event will ever feature a 3 vs. 3 team fighting championship.

On The Fight Farm Finale, a champion will be crowned which is also included in the card.

  The upcoming MMA Festival, organized by Kombat Sports Kalayaan (KSK) and set to take place on April 28 in Poblacion, Makati City, promises to be the largest event of its kind. It will shine a spotlight on MMA fighters like Fil-Am Mark Striegl and Godwin Langbayan. Philippines to Host SEA Trail Running Cup, Elevates Bid to Become Asian Trail Running Destination

  The Philippines is gearing up to welcome Southeast Asia's trail running elites as it prepares to host the prestigious Southeast Asian Trail Running Cup in the locale of Bontoc, Mountain Province, from June 19-23, 2024. Tin Ferrera, secretary-general of Philtra and Head for the Southeast Asian Trail Running Confederation, expressed her excitement about bringing the biennial competition to the country.  "We, as Philtra, and our athletes have joined the World Mountain Trail Running Championships and other big events outside the region and across Asia and we believe it’s time we show what we have.
