Who is telling the truth?

After the long negotiations between Bob Arum's Top Rank and Team Mayweather there will still be no fight happening, Oh! i guess you already know that.

Its just  frustrating to know that after all the process and the precautionary agreement it ended up with nothing, really so upsetting. Bob Arum was doing everything he can to make the fight happen including sending the contract terms and speaking very positively of Floyd. " Bob didn't want to hurt the big ego of Floyd so he must play nice "



But all these efforts seems useless as it never resulted to an agreement between the two camps. Manny Pacquiao already agreed with the drug testing as requested by Floyd, but Floyd suddenly don't want to talk about boxing, dont want to even comment or discuss about Pacquiao. What the heck is happening? these are all talk shit!

"Al Haymon, Richard Schaefer and myself speak to each other on a regular basis and the truth is no negotiations have ever taken place nor was there ever a deal agreed upon by Team Mayweather or Floyd Mayweather to fight Manny Pacquiao on November 13. Either Ross Greenburg or Bob Arum is not telling the truth, but history tells us who is lying." 

Who is telling the truth? I can almost believe that this fight is never going to happen, ever!!!

Bob Arum you better tell us what is happening and why Mayweather is claiming that there were no negotiations?
