Better than nothing, Smart Gilas settle for 3rd place

If you watched the semi final match between Iran and the Philippines in the 2011 Jones Cup you will feel frustrated as the Smart Gilas is in for another choker game, Not again! I have seen this before, doing really good in the elimination round and coming up short in the semifinals.Although Iran National basketball team, the defending Jones Cup Champion is a though nut to crack, we managed to beat them in the very first game of the series, so nothing is impossible but we still lost. Anyways enough of that frustration the good thing that, Smart Gilas manage to win the 3rd place against the home team Chinese Taipei.  Better than nothing.
