Knicks and Anthony remained first in team and player sales!



While everyone expected that Lebron James would top the sales in this year NBA jerseys, Carmelo Anthony got something to say about that. Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks has been very impressive this season and this surely helped them beat Miami and Lakers as the top team in sales. 

Anthony leapfrog to the No. 1 spot on the league's sales list Tuesday, moving past LeBron James and becoming the first Knicks player at the top since the first list was released in 2001-02. This goes to show that you don't need a China man to sell but you just need to win and play well.

Anthony was No. 4 last year on the list, which is based on sales at the NBA Store in New York and on NBAStore.com since last November.

The card, at the ProBox TV Events Center in Plant City, Florida, is led by two featherweights attempting to climb the rankings Angelo Leo (23-1, 11 KOs), who trains out of Las Vegas, Nevada, made weight at 125.8 lbs. His opponent, Eduardo Baez (23-5-2, 9 KOs), came in slightly lighter at 125.4 lbs. They will contest a 10-round main event. Leo is a former WBO super-bantamweight champion.
