Kobe Bryant excited and still hungry!
We can argue all day if Kobe Bryant can still play at the same level but one thing we can for sure agreed on is that Kobe Bryant is still very hungry and motivated to play and get more achievements. Kobe Bryant had been in the NBA for 17 years while many would retire and be contented with their career, not Kobe Bryant. Recently he sat down with CNN in an interview in which he talks about his injury, Dwight Howard and his future.
CNN: If someone said that you have to stop playing tomorrow, are you happy with your legacy and all of your achievements, or is there more to be done?
“There’s always more, as a competitor, you want to win as much as you can, and so when its all said and done I want to be able to look back at my career and say, “I did the best I could.”
CNN: So what’s left?
“More championships.” - This caught my attention
CNN: So, what’re your retirement plans, because you said two seasons and I’m done.
“I don’t have any right now. I think the injury has sparked a new energy, a new drive, it’s like a new challenge that’s kind of been pumped in. I’m excited for this season, so I have no immediate plans of retirement.”
I know I have a lot of Kobe Bryant fans in here, What do you think, can he still do it?
