Ginebra could not muster enough never say die spirit as they faltered against Rain or Shine's fluid offense. The Ginebra's Twin Tower Aguilar and Slaughter got a combined 41 points, but it wasn't sufficient to defeat ROS. Hot Shooting Jef Chan led the team with 19 points.
