Imports Power Ranking 1.0

Finally, we have a complete set of import to talk about! So, let us find out how each one of them stack up against each other.

Two teams still don't have a qualified import as Dozier of Alaska remains in the sideline and TNT's new import will only debut tomorrow.

#12 Antoine Wright (Last Week #10)
Even with several days of rest, Wright continue his struggle against the Alaska Aces 21 points, 8/19 FG and 11 rebounds. Even Coach Yeng Guiao has taken notice and their game o Friday against NLEX could be the deciding factor for Wright.
#11 Augustus Gilchrist (Last Week #5)
Augustus is very inconsistent that he disappears in some of their games. He has two good games and two very bad games. In his two bad games, he averaged 12.5 points and 10 rebounds but on his two good games, he did 32 points and 12 rebounds.
#10 Kevin Pickney (New!)
Phoenix made a surprising change when they sent home Kenny Adeleke for Kevin Pickney. He did a passable debut with 26 points, 6/21 FG and 19 rebounds. He is skilled and very athletic but we need to see more games to gauge him properly.
#9 Calvin Warner (
Last Week #9)Warner is still finding his groove playing with the Romeo-led Batang Pier and i their game against Meralco, yesterday, he unraveled his abilities with a 29 points and 19 rebounds performance. We need to see more for him to rise in this ranking.
#8 MJ Rhett (Last Week #5)
I am impressed with the abundance of skills of MJ Rhett. He is a do-it-all prototype as shown by his numbers 20.8 points, 16.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists. His efficiency still needs a lot of work and he should continue to work the other parts of his game.
#7 Othyus Jeffers (Last Week #4)
Jeffers is slowly suiting himself with the Ginebra San Miguel. His efficiency is slowly getting there and he has put focus on the other aspect of the game, other than scoring. In their game against Purefoods, he executed 23 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. Triangle Scheme love that performance.
#6 Arinze Onuaku (Last Week #3)
One of the fact that will never change in sports is, the most important number will still be the number of wins. And that is most importang thing that Arinze has brought to the Bolts, he is a big reason of their 5-0 start! In their last two games, he has raised his intensity in the defensive end, recording 8 total blocks.
#5 Denzel Bowles (Last Week #2)
Bowles was totally stopped by the defense of the Ginebra San Miguel. He only managed to contribute 15 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4  blocks. He seems to be lost in some sequences and I am pretty sure he is feeling frustrated right now. Winning is still the most important measure of an import and Denzel only have one W right now.
#4 Shane Edwards (New!)
Call him the Silent Beast. Even with his extravagant length and athleticism, he plays with finesse in providing 29.5 points, 15.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists. He makes use of his length very well, specially in the offensive end. Although, he should put more effort also on defense.
#3 Al Thornton (Last Week #1)
Al will continue to slide if he doesn't fix his defense soon. His defensive rating of 117.2 is way too high compare to the league average of 106.6. There is no doubt though, that he is still the best scorer in the league right now, as he shoot 50% or more in all of their five games.
#2 Tyler Wilkerson (
Last Week #6
)My scouting of him was pretty bad because I did not found out that he is a credible outside shooter. Tyler pumped the second 50 points and more explosion this season, with 52 points, 11 rebounds and 17/29 FG. A shooter is the perfect complement to Fajardo so I am pretty excited to see his performance in the future.
#1 David Simon (New!)
The suspension of Ivan Johnson looks to be a blessing in disguise as Tropang Texters found a very productive import in David Simon. His jaw-dropping statline is 34.0 points, 20.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 2.0 steals and 3.5 blocks! If I am part of hte management of TNT, he can ask for a salary raise now and I will grant it right away!
