On 28 April 2016 the Bureau of the FIFA Council has decided to appoint a normalisation committee for the Guinean Football Association (FGF) in accordance with art. 8 par. 2 of the FIFA Statutes.

The Philippines is gearing up to welcome Southeast Asia's trail running elites as it prepares to host the prestigious Southeast Asian Trail Running Cup in the locale of Bontoc, Mountain Province, from June 19-23, 2024.
