Manila, Philippines - Gilas Pilipinas gave a glimpse of what the team would look like for the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament on July. Gilas tops Iran, 81-70, in a game which ended in a thriller as they almost blew away their lead in the fourth quarter.
Bobby Ray Parks and Terrence Romeo served as the fire starter for Gilas. Terrence Romeo showed his impressive ball handling skills and putting a show for fans as he crossed up his defenders during some of his isolation plays. Parks showed his athleticism with his powerful drives to the basket and a dunk in one of the fast-breaks. Both scored double digits as Terrence Romeo scored 12 points while Bobby Ray Parks finishes the game with 11 points.
