Ginebra with a big win against the NLEX Road Warriors, surges back up in the standings.

They managed to lessen the fouls given and though they also struggled on the line, they were able to knock down 3 point shots and jumpers, lead by their sub import Justin brownlee who made 3 out of 4 three point attemps in the last stretch in the 4th quarter with Japeth Aguilar getting fouls and made those bonus free throws. Scottie Thompson who made 8 points, with 12 big rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals was chosen as the best player of the game. Asi Taulava's absence in this game was felt big time by the Road Warriors because of the slapping incident with Semerad, he was fined and got suspended in this game, now NLEX goes down on the Team Standings tied with Star Hotshots while Ginebra surges up at the 3rd spot with San Miguel Beermen and Meralco Bolts all with 2 and 1 win-loss record.
