Joe Lauzon won TKO vs. Diego Sanchez in the lightweight bout in the recent UFC 200. Zuffa is the promotion company founded in January 2001 by Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta as the parent entity of the UFC.
It was stated there that Lorenzo Fertitta will be stepping down as Chairman and CEO. Frank and Lorenzo however will retain a minority ownership interest in the business. Dana White will continue in his President role and will retain a minority ownership interest as well.
