After his impressive performance over elite welterweight boxer Timothy Bradley, Manny Pacquiao confirms his retirement. He said that he will focus on his family life and a care in politics in Philippines as a senator.
"I already decided and commitment to my family that after this fight I'm going to go back home and spend more time with them, and talking about retirement that's going to be, and focus to help and serve the people in the Philippines, and that is my priority right now and focus."Pacman said
"You know, let me enjoy first a retired life, if you ask me to comeback, I don't know because I might be enjoying a retired life like I said." he added
Boxing website reported last week that Pacquiao vs Broner is inching closer to reality. Arum already reserved a venue for the showdown on Mandalay Bay on October 15.According to his interview in Yahoo Sports, he believes that Manny wants a return.

“I’m not sure Manny is going to return, but I believe he wants to return,” Arum said. “The question is, can he return and yet fulfill his duties as a senator in the Philippines? I don’t think even he knows that answer yet, because he’s just taken office. But I know for a fact, based on our conversations, that if he can, he is prepared to come back, and Broner is one guy we’re considering.”
Arum also planning to travel to Philippines to personally talk to 8 division world champion Manny Pacquiao about his possible come back fight this October 15 at Mandalay Bay.
