WBC Welterweight champion Danny Garcia announced his ring return on a presscon held in Philadelphia last wednesday.

Garcia (32-0,18) will face Columbian Samuel Vargas (25-2-1,13) on Nov 12 in a 10 round non-title fight that headlines Premier Boxing Champions on Spike from Temple University's Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.

PBC will feature two more interesting fights in undercards, Javier Fortuna (30-1-1,22) will face prospect Omar Douglas (17-0,12). This will be Fortuna's second comeback fight since his shocking loss to Jason Sosa.

Undefeated prospect Jarrett Hurd (18-0,12) will be tested when he faces the toughest fight of his career against KO artist Mexican Jorge Cota (25-1,22).

The Philippines is gearing up to welcome Southeast Asia's trail running elites as it prepares to host the prestigious Southeast Asian Trail Running Cup in the locale of Bontoc, Mountain Province, from June 19-23, 2024. Tin Ferrera, secretary-general of Philtra and Head for the Southeast Asian Trail Running Confederation, expressed her excitement about bringing the biennial competition to the country.
