Castellanos upsets Ex Olympian Gamboa

35-year old Mexican Robinson "Robin hood" Castellanos (24-12,14KOs) pulled off a big upset when he scored seventh round Technical Knockout win over former three-time world champion/ olympic gold medalist Yuriorkis Gamboa (26-2,17) of Cuba.

Gamboa dictated the fight in the first two rounds of the fight with his stylish fight stance but Castellanos floored him twice in 3rd and 4th round. Gamboa was dizzy and never recovered from the knockdowns and Gamboa himself decided to stop the fight before the start of seventh round. 

Castellanos was ahead of three scorecards before stopping the fight (68-63,67-64 twice).
