Ambitious Marc Gasol May have to Rethink Things with the Grizzlies

After seeing Zach Randolph and Vince Carter go and seeing nothing in return, Marc Gasol, the long time Grizzlies might consider changing things.

Marc Gasol suggested he might be open to a trade if the Grizzlies don't "keep growing." Gasol, speaking with a Spanish media outlet, said: "I’m very ambitious and I’ve wanted Memphis to be a great franchise. We’ve grown a lot the last 6-7 years, but we have to keep growing. If this is not lined up, maybe we may have to revisit things." 

The statement of Gasol put some pressure on the Grizzlies management to make some changes and add a few more impact player with the team. With the emergence and the upgrade of the other teams in the division, it will be difficult for Marc Gasol and Mike Conley to keep up.
