MPBL Comm Snow Badua Resigned Before the League even Started, Replaced by Kenneth Duremdes

Former Sports Journalist Snow Badua passed his resignation to Senator Manny Pacquiao.

A copy of the resignation letter was posted on Snow Badua's Instagram.

Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball league may be over before it even began. A promising start with a star-studded management team, the league was poised to make the headline but it's run was cut short as the commissioner suddenly resigned due to differences with other stakeholders.

In the resignation letter, Snow Badua thanks Senator Manny Pacquiao for the opportunity. He also mentioned how he appreciated everything and how he was able to help in building the league with a meager budget.

Snow later said that he would have wanted to stay but sighted that there were several factions within the group that wanted him out.

As of today, the MPBL has found a replacement in former PBA player Kenneth Duremdes. The League is scheduled to push ahead with its opening next year with ABS-CBN as the broadcaster.
