What is the name of the Gay boxer?


What is the name of the boxer who openly admitted that he is gay? I have nothing against gay athletes but to be gay in a men's sports is something that's unheard off, not that there are no gay boxers or fighters in the past, I almost definite that there are, diffrence is that they are not open about it. Orland Cruz a fighter win only 2 loss and 18 wins openly admit that he is gay. Now this could affect his career and his fan base, What do you think?

Professional Puerto Rican boxer Orlando Cruz (18-2-1, 9 KOs), former Olympian, announced that he is gay and proud. In statement released to media outlets everywhere he professed: “I’ve been fighting for more than 24 years and as I continue my ascendant career, I want to be true to myself,” said Cruz. “I want to try to be the best role model I can be for kids who might look into boxing as a sport and a professional career. I have and will always be a proud Puerto Rican. I have always been and always will be a proud gay man.”

His opponent, Eduardo Baez (23-5-2, 9 KOs), came in slightly lighter at 125.4 lbs. They will contest a 10-round main event. Leo is a former WBO super-bantamweight champion.
