Its over for Steve Nash, out for The 2014-15 NBA Season

Like you, a lot of fans are looking forward to the return of the 2-time MVP this year and as disappointed you may be, no one could be sadder than Steve Nash himself.

It was announced today from Los Angeles that Steve Nash will not be seeing the court this year because of a recurring back issue that had been hunting him in recent years.

Here is the statement of Steve Nash from NBA.com

“Being on the court this season has been my top priority and it is disappointing to not be able to do that right now,” said Nash. “I work very hard to stay healthy and unfortunately my recent setback makes performing at full capacity difficult. I will continue to support my team during this period of rest, and will focus on my long-term health.”
