Ginebra Displays NSD Attitude in a Win Over Phoenix
Panabo City - Barangay Ginebra displays their never say die attitude in a win over Phoenix Fuel Masters, 102-101. L.A. Tenorio knocked down a hesitation jumper with 1.2 seconds left as Ginebra grabs the win over Phoenix.
Down by 5 with under a minute left in the game, Joe Devance knocked down a three to trim the deficit within 2, 99-101. The Fuel Masters failed to capitalize on the other end. Othyus Jeffers drive hard and was fouled for two freethrows. He made the first free throw but the second one goes out but Ginebra regained the possession with an offensive rebound of Joe Devance. Devance then passed it to Tenorio who then find a way to drill the shot with 1.2 seconds left.
