Durham won Best Import Award but Brownlee leads Ginebra on a critical Game 2 win to tied the series at 1-1


Meralco Bolts import Allen Durham won the best import award over Finals counter part Barangay Ginebra Gin Kings import Justin Brownlee before the Game 2 of 2016 PBA Governors Cup started at Smart Araneta. Durham led the Bolts to their first PBA Finals appearance. But Brownlee had the last laugh after the Gin Kings won the critical Game 2 of the PBA Finals over the Bolts 82-79. Brownlee scored 32 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for the Gin Kings. Series is now tied at 1-1.



Allen Durham scored 22 points and 15 rebounds on Game 2 for Meralco whose coming from a monster game one performance with 46 points.



Jason Castro also won the Best Player of the conference. Winning his fourth BPC award over San Miguel's June Mar Fajardo, Global Port's Terrence Romeo and Stanley Pringle and Alaska 's Calvin Abueva.
