NCAA Basketball is such a big thing in the US that every March, basketball college fans go nuts over March Madness. Being outside the Philippines we may not really understand what it is all about but after reading a few articles and watching the Top 10 NCAA Top 10 March Madness, it made us understand that NBA is not the only basketball league in the US to go crazy about.
