Tony Parker is Out for 5 Months, And He Will Never be the Same Again

One of the best point guards in modern NBA may have the best of his years behind him already as he recovers from his quad injury. Spurs are beginning to look different nowadays but their winning ways have stayed.

One of the old names in the Spurs' roster is Tony Parker who at 35 had contributed a lot to the franchise success. Parker spent 16 years of his NBA career wearing the Spurs jersey and during his time he helped the team get four NBA championships.

Now that there is a new face of the franchise, it may finally be time to mold the next Tony Parker in San Antonio.

Tony Parker (quad) said that he's targeting a return to the court in four to five months. He said back in May that he was targeting a return in January,

Dejounte Murray and Patty Mills will benefit from the absence of the veteran point guard.
