Video: Gilas Pilipinas Shows Who's Tougher After Crushing Malaysia with the Score of 98-66

Gilas Pilipinas Fired Up as they buried Malaysia for the Win

The Malaysian showed some fight in the first quarter but quickly subdued by the young Gilas Pilipinas in the second quarter.

The rest of the game was all Philippines as the host tried to fight back but the Philippines was just stronger and better. Malaysia could not stop the offensive onslaught of the Philippines as Gilas makes highlights after highlights.

In the 3rd quarter, Malaysia tried to get rough against the Gilas Pilipinas as Kevin Ferrer and a Malaysian tangled up on a play for the ball that turned physical.

It was the wrong move as Gilas did not let up in the fourth and put the pedal to the metal to bury the Malaysian deeper which ended the game with just two points behind the century mark for the Philippines.

The Philippines and Malaysians are going to advance to the knockout round which they will face Singapore and Indonesia who tops their respective group.
