Why would Pacquiao reject the Mayweather offer?

We all heard from the news that the fight is almost a done deal and there are only paper to be sign.

Oscar Dela Hoya confirmed it himself , But why the sudden news that Pacquiao is not accepting the deal?

From the article written by Mr.Ronnie Nathanielsz, He said that the camp of Mayweather did sent out an offer and it was promptly rejected due to revenue split, 60 - do in favor of Floyd.

Here comes Floyd doing all He can to get more money from this fight. I do not think He deserve more money from this fight and this is not only because I am Filipino. The mere fact that Pacquiao is the pound for pound Champion and the fighter of the decade should give him more leverage in asking for more money not to mention that He himself can also generate Pay Per View sales.

Mayweather is such a bully, I hope they can make this fight happen so once and for all we can all know who is better.
