As the fight comes closer and closer Bob Arum of Top Rank Promotion need to decide on the network that will air the Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 fight. 

Last bout of Pacquiao against Mosley was aired by Showtime and garnered the highest PPV sale for Pacquiao at 1.3 million. However with this epic trilogy that is about to happen HBO could offer something a lot more better just to get the fight back to HBO.
