by: powsalud|powcast.net

The Philippine National Basketball Team, Smart Gilas recently won their first game against Malaysian Team in the SEABA Tournament Championship in Indonesia Jakarta. They should because if they loose then something is really wrong.

Smart Gilas proves better as they should be, beating the Malaysians at a score of 97-71. Looking at the score you could assume that our National team may have dominated the opponent but actually no, The Smart Gilas struggled to keep up with the Malaysians on the first half of the game trailing at 36- 41. It was on the second half when the Smart Gilas finally took over the game with the help of JV Casio and Japeth Aguilar. Smart Gilas is a good ball club and they are really good in winning during the Elimination round, The question here is will Smart Gilas take their winning note up to the finals?
