Fresh off a 31-12 victory over Memphis on November 22nd in college football, the Temple Owls jumped back into the Associated Press Top 25 college football rankings this past Sunday afternoon.
This marks the fifth time in the 2015 college football season that Temple has been ranked in the Top 25, already a school record for one season.
The Owls, 9-2 overall and 6-1 in the American Athletic Conference, play Connecticut (6-5 and 4-3) this Saturday at home in Philadelphia.
They hope to be in the inaugural AAC title game on December 5th if they can win the East Division of the AAC. They are currently one game ahead of South Florida in the East standings. Navy (9-1 and 7-0) currently leads the AAC's West standings.
