Miesha Tate is the New Face of UFC Women's MMA After Defeating Holly Holms. UFC 196 main event Holly Holm vs Miesha Tate lived up to the billing and went to the final round after a rear naked choke delivered by Tate in the late round.

Tate dominated the second round and almost put an end to the fight but, Holly the champion that she is fought back and may have won the 3rd and the 4th round.  Tate however knew that she needs to bring the game to the ground which she had trouble doing until the 5th round where she hanged on and got rewarded with a submission win.

She is now the new Bantamwright champion!
