Joebert "Liitle Pacman" Alvarez to face Miguel Cartagena on July 15th

WBA#7 WBC#12 IBF#10 Joebert "Little Pacman" Alvarez of Philippines will square off inside the ring against Miguel "No Fear" Cartagena of Pennsylvania USA on July 15th.The fight will be held at Kissimmee Civic Center in Florida USA on in a 6 round flyweight non-title bout. The fight is under Orlando Cruz-Ajendro Hernandez WBO-NABO Superfeatherweight title showdown.

26 year-old Alvarez (15-1-1,7KOs) is the reigning WBO-NABO Flyweight champion. He won the title on March 19th in Guaynabo Puerto Rico by knocking out crowd favorite and hometown boxer Jonathan "La Bomba" Gonzalez in 6th round. He also gave the reigning WBO-WBA Flyweight champ Mexican Juan Franciscco Estrada a hard time on their fight last December 2014 where he tasted his first pro defeat. Joebert is currently trains under Dodong Donaire father of 5 division World champion Nonito Donaire Jr at Donaire’s Boxing and Fitness Gym in Oakland, California
