Gilas Pilipinas FIBA OQT chapter ended abruptly after a heartbreaking loss to New Zealand.

A lot of Pinoy fans were counting on a comeback win especially after a competitive showing against France but the night was not for the Philippines.

Gilas could not find a way to defeat New Zealand and sadly Gilas Pilipinas campaign was halted to the dismay of everyone.  More than the players, the fans was shattered.

After the game, the players decided to spend some time with the fans.  It was a bittersweet ending.
