La Liga: Eibar ended Villareal's unbeaten record, Las Palmas and Celta battle a six-goal thriller

Eibar 2-1 Villareal

Villareal coming in to the match were one of the two remaining unbeaten side in La Liga alongside the leaders Real Madrid, and they are hoping to keep the pressure on the top of the table. However the match didn't ended the way they wanted as they suffered their first defeat of the season. Villareal actually went in front in the 41st minute when Bruno Soriano scored from the spot kick after Sansone was brought down in the box. Things are looking good for them until in the 80th minute when Ivan Ramis equalized the match when he scored for Eibar which was made possible after his perfect control on the chest which allows him to strike the ball the way he wanted it. The comeback was completed in the 87th minute when Sergi Enrich assisted the ball to Pedro Leon.

Las Palmas 3-3 Celta Vigo 

The island of Las Palmas witnessed the best game in this week's fixture in the La Liga. With both teams wanting to win as they are battling for a spot in the Europa League next season. Celta were already ahead 1-0 after just 9 minutes when Daniel Wass scored from the free kick which the keeper failed to save it. The Celts doubled their lead just 8 minutes later when Iago Aspas looped past the keeper. Things went from bad to worst for Las Palmas as they conceded the third goal in the 21st minute after Aspas once again looped past the keeper to make it 3-0 for his team going in to halftime. In the 52nd minute Pedro Bigas gave his team hope of a comeback when he headed the ball from a free kick to pull his side within two goals. In the 66th minute Jonathon Viera scored a penalty kick to put the scoreline 3-2 in favor of Celta Vigo. The comeback was completed in the 68th minute when Kevin Prince Boateng tucked the ball in the open net after a beautiful cross by Michel.
