Dirk and the Dallas Mavericks Visit The Purple and Gold Today

Today the Lakers look to extend their win streak to four as they play against the Dallas Mavericks at home.

The Mavericks set a franchise record last Sunday of the fewest points that the team allowed in an overtime. The Bucks scored only one point in twelve minutes. Mavs won 86-75.

Could Mavs great defense be a problem for the Los Angeles Lakers?

The purple and gold boys won over the Phoenix Suns, 119-108, at Staples Center on Sunday November 7. Win loss record improved to 4-3.

Nick Young led the way with 22 points while Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson contributed 18 points each. Los Angeles was also able to withstand Devin Booker's career-high 39 points as they moved into a tie for fifth place in the Western Conference.
