Former WBA "interim" light flyweight world champion Randy "Razor" Petalcorin will headline Sanman Promotions' in partnership with Peter Maniatis Events "Brawl at the Mall;Return of Gensan's Finest" on December 4th at Robinson's Mall Atrium in General Santos City.
Petalcorin (24-2-1,18KOs) will face newly crowned Minproba light flyweight champion Arnold Garde (7-3-2,3KOs) for the vacant IBF Pan Pacific light flyweight title.
In the co-main event Eden "The Showboat" Sonsona (34-6-2,12KOs) will make his ring return after almost one and half year layoff facing veteran Jaime Barcelona (39-60-1,10KOs) in a 10 rounds lightweight non-title bout.
