The teams will be drawn into four groups – three consisting of three teams and one consisting of four. They will play all other teams in their group on a home-and-away basis with all games being played on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 2 and 19 August 2017.
Following the six days of action, the top two teams from each group will earn their spot in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 Qualifiers, with the first window taking place from 20-28 November 2017.

The Draw will take place following the 2017 European youth championship draws on Saturday morning, beginning at 10:30 CET.
Prior to Saturday’s draws, Prague will on Friday play host to the FIBA EuroBasket Women Draw. FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 will take place in Czech Republic from 16-25 June 2017.
