John Dodson goes victorious at UFC Nashville

Among the bouts that took place at UFC Nashville featured Fil-Am fighter John Dodson who went up against Eddie Wineland in a fight that went the distance.

Wineland found it difficult to land his punches against Dodson who for most of the fight, kept distance and used his speed to dominate, which the crowd did not appreciate as they booed for most of the fight expecting a brawl from these two fighters.

Dodson won the match via unanimous decision (29-28, 30-27, 30-27), ending Wineland's two fight win streak. "The Magician" improves his MMA record to 19 wins and 8 losses, while Wineland's record now stands at 23 victories, 12 defeats and 1 draw.
