Vasyl Lomachenko , Ray Beltran headline boxing event in LA
Two division world champion and reigning WBO Super featherweight world champion Vasyl "Hi-Tech" Lomachenko will headline an all action card together with NABF & NABO champ Ray Beltran August 5th in Microsoft's Theather in LA.
Pound for pound boxing superstar Lomachenko (8-1,6) of Ukraine will be defending his title against one time world title challenger Columbia's Miguel "Scorpion" Marriaga (25-2,21) who will climb up in Jr lightweight to challenge Lomachenko.
"I can't wait to get back in the ring on August 5th," said Lomachenko. "I respect all of my opponents who are willing to step in ring with me and I will be at my best to show the boxing fans what boxing is all about it." said Lomachenko.
"I have respect but no fear of Lomachenko and I cannot wait to fight for his world title," said Marriaga.
In the co main event three-time world title challenger top contender lightweight Ray "Sugar" Beltran (33-7-1,21) of Arizona will defend his titles against former WBA interim champion Bryan Vasquez (36-2,19) of San Jose Costa Rica.
