BREAKING! MANNY PACQUIAO REUNITES WITH TOP RANK FOR JANUARY 2026 RING RETURN AGAINST LOMA

MANILA - Boxing legend Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao, the only eight-division world champion is announcing a fight scheduled for January 24, 2026, in Las Vegas. The bout is being heralded as a reunion, with long-time advisor Michael Koncz, promoter Bob Arum of the giant Top Rank and INDISTRY promotions.

The involvement of Koncz, Arum, and Top Rank is a significant development, recalling the "good old days" of Pacquiao's biggest pay-per-view spectacles. This partnership signals a return to the highest levels of global promotion and financial scale, ensuring the 47-year-old fighter’s comeback is treated with the star power his legacy commands.

The Top Rank Era from 2003-2018 cemented Manny Pacquiao as a global boxing icon, featuring record-setting Pay-Per-View bouts, including his 4.6-million-buy fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr., and his 8th division world title win against Antonio Margarito.
While the opponent remains officially unannounced, persistent rumors have ignited the boxing world. Pacquiao is rumored to be closing in on a match-up with one of the most technically brilliant fighters of the modern era, Vasiliy "Loma" Lomachenko.

Pacquiao, who last fought to a majority draw against Mario Barrios in July 2025 following a four-year retirement, is aiming to add another chapter to his unparalleled career.

Though still a rumor,  a clash with Lomachenko is another  legacy-defining for Pacquiao that continues to capture the imagination of his fans. Pacquiao is expected to announce his opponent on the coming days.
