NAOYA INOUE'S CAMP SENDS ANOTHER WARNING! BAM RODRIGUEZ RUNNING OUT OF TIME?

The uncertainty surrounding a potential Naoya Inoue versus Jesse Rodriguez superfight continues.

Following Inoue's earlier statement about moving toward featherweight, promoter Hideyuki Ohashi reportedly clarified on October 14 that the Japanese champion would not wait until April or May 2027.

The preferred window remains February or March, creating pressure on Rodriguez's team to settle its own schedule.

However, promoter Eddie Hearn has suggested that Rodriguez's side remains willing to pursue the earlier timeframe.

No signed agreement has been announced.
