Eastern All-Star starters announced

LeBron James headlines the Eastern Conference all-star starting lineup, announced Thursday. He is averaging 26 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists a game. He will be joined in the starting lineup by guards Derrick Rose of the Bulls and Dwyane Wade of the Heat, forward Amare Stoudemire of the Knicks, and Magic center Dwight Howard.

Rose is the first Chicago Bull to be named an all-star starter since 1998 (which happened to be Michael Jordan's final year as a Bull). Stoudemire is making is first start for the East, while James, Wade, and Howard are Eastern regulars.
