Looks Like Bob Arum is going to make the Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 fight a world wide event. Manila. Tokyo. London. New York. Los Angeles. Mexico City.You read it right Manila, Pacquiao and Marquez is going to Manila to promote their fight. Its been awhile since this happen.
