PBA: Alaska vs San Mig Coffee, walked out on tune up!

It is still the off season in the PBA and the games are already heating up. Alaska and San Mig coffee had a tune up game that turned ugly after a flagrant foul call on Gaco, and since everybody wants to win the game and no one want to accept the fault, San Mig Coffee walked out. San Mig coffee team is not in the mood for foul play like this, They need to drink some coffee to cool off. Tim Cone apologize however and admitted that its his fault. yeah right, he will get you next time. (source)

Philippines to Host SEA Trail Running Cup, Elevates Bid to Become Asian Trail Running Destination

  The Philippines is gearing up to welcome Southeast Asia's trail running elites as it prepares to host the prestigious Southeast Asian Trail Running Cup in the locale of Bontoc, Mountain Province, from June 19-23, 2024. Tin Ferrera, secretary-general of Philtra and Head for the Southeast Asian Trail Running Confederation, expressed her excitement about bringing the biennial competition to the country.  "We, as Philtra, and our athletes have joined the World Mountain Trail Running Championships and other big events outside the region and across Asia and we believe it’s time we show what we have.
