Back in the days Philippines Mixed Martial Arts  was overshadowed by boxing, today MMA is one of the best in marketing and creating combat events such as the OneFC Rise to Power. This momentous event will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena on May 31, 2013, the event will feature top Pinoy MMA fighters against their foreign counter parts. 

OneFC is now the leader of MMA in Asia, although PXC is still an excellent promotional outfit nothing close compares to what OneFC is doing. With Fighters such as Kevin Belingon, Honorio Banario and Eduard Folayang the Philippines is not short of talent and is well represented in this event, but did you know that most of the Pinoy fighters came from a local MMA promotion?

Yes indeed, URCC is the first professional MMA promotion company in the Philippines, once held the market of MMA in the Philippines, now forced to partner with bigger company like OneFC for the survival of their organization.  Lending fighters and co promoting, URCC could be in danger of loosing its business and its top fighters, sooner or later. The partnership however is looking good but new fighters will benefit more financially if they sign with OneFC directly, a bigger company, it only make sense
