Stats wont lie, Head to head they are even 22 wins vs 22 wins in 44 matches, Djokovic was way behind and was able to catch up and hasn't really lost to one particular player that seems to be his kryptonite. This match will determine who is really superior between the two. I understand that this maybe past Federer's prime but you are kidding yourself if you would say that he has declined a lot. It is just fair that Djokovic was able to catch up to Federer's level through these years.
