Former IBF Youth Super flyweight champion and current WBO Oriental Super flyweight Champion Aston Palicte is unbeaten since year 2013. Palicte's only defeat was against fellow Filipino Romnick Magos in their championship fight for the vacant WBO Asia Pacific Youth flyweight title.
Granados is a former WBC Mundo Hispano flyweight champion. His most notable fight is against British Jamie Conlan but the fight via Unanimous Decision. He also fought but lost to Tony Rodriguez who beat by Filipino rising star Kj Cataraja.
