Barcelona 1-1 Real Madrid 

El Clasico is a match which is contested by the Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, which is the biggest match in the Spanish La liga and one of the most fierce rivalry in European football, Every year it is attracting millions of viewers to see the best players in the world battle it out in the football field. The first chance of the game can in the 9th minute for Barcelona when Roberto's shot from Neymar's cross hits a Real Madrid defender. In the 15th minute Ronaldo headed the ball straight to the Barcelona keeper for the score to remain 0-0. Messi's Free kick two minutes later was also straight to the keeper. Chances are plenty in this game, in the 22nd minute Benzema's volleyed attempt hits a Barcelona defender. In the 36th minute Ronaldo's swift counter attack allowed him to have a shot on goal however Ter Stegen was there to deny him once again from scoring. Ronaldo was at it again in the 38th minute when he skips past Mascherano then shoot it into the waiting hands of Ter Stegen. In the 44th minute it was Varane this time who tried to ask questions for the Barca keeper when he headed the ball from a corner kick which once again straight to his hands. In the 53rd minute the deadlock has finally been broken when Suarez headed in the free kick of Neymar to make it 1-0 for FC Barcelona and send the home fans in Camp Nou in frenzy. In the 68th minute Neymar had a glorious chance to make it 2-0 for the Catalans when he side stepped his defender inside the box which allowed him with acres of space to score, however his effort was disappointing when he shoots it over the goal. Iniesta also had a chance moments later to make it 2-0 however his shot was just deflected by Carvajal to ensure his side is still only behind 1-0. In the 82nd minute Iniesta's through ball makes it way to Messi who got away from his defender inside the box, however his shot was wide. In the 87th minute Real Madrid are pushing for the equalizer, Sergio Ramos' header failed to hit the target as it ended high. In the 90th minute all of those Barcelona misses came to haunt them as the equalizer finally arrived when Ramos redeemed himself from an earlier miss to make it 1-1 and rescure the game for the Los Blancos, Ramos' header was so powerful that the ball still made its way into the goal even though Ter Stegen got fingertips on the ball. The goal of Sergio Ramos means that Real Madrid remained unbeaten in the league and maintained their six point lead over their fierce rivals on the top of the table.
