San Antonio Spurs electrified the Grizzlies with 3-2 lead in the first round series.
Memphis and San Antonio tied up the first quarter with 23 points.
James Ennis III contributed most to the first quarter points of Memphis doing three-point shots and power dunks. Mike Conley, Andrew Harrison, Mark Gasol and Zach Randolph also scored three points gave power shots and did lay ups through out the first quarter. While its Tony Parker, David Lee, Manu Ginobili and Kawhi Leonard who chipped into the points of Spurs via free throws, lay-ups and some power shots.
The next succeeding quarter has been dominated by the Spurs with Tony Parker doing three point shots in the second quarter together with Jonathan Simmons, Patty Mills, LaMarcus Aldridge, Kawhi Leonard, Danny Green and Pau Gasol finishing the second quarter with 32-26 lead for the Spurs.
Third quarter still went well with the Spurs with Tony Parker, Patty Mills and David Lee doing lay ups, LaMarcus Aldridge hitting free throws, Kawhi Leonard and Davis Bertans contributing to the points with three pointers and Pau Gasol giving powerful shots. David Lee and LaMarcus Aldridge worked hard in the fourth scoring with a dunk and free throws with the help of Kawhi Leonard and Patty Mills giving three pointers and several good shots. Andrew Harrison tried to inch the gap with Spurs with a lay up ending the fourth quarter, 116-103.
