PBA All-Star Supporters: What to Experience After the Game?


The PBA All-Star Week is done annually by the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). And this year’s 2016-2017 season of PBA’s All-Star Festivities will be held from April 26 to 30, 2017 on three different venues in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Three PBA All-Star teams, one each with players representing the Philippines’ three major islands will battle up against the Gilas Pilipinas, the country’s national basketball team.

Tremendous amount of people from different parts of the country are expected to come and witness the nerve-wracking match up of each team. PBA All-Star Mindanao was just held yesterday at Xavier University Gymnasium in Cagayan de Oro, PBA All-Star Luzon will be on April 28 in Quezon Convention Center, Lucena City and PBA All-Star Visayas will be held on April 30 in Hoops Dome, Lapu-Lapu city, Cebu.

It would be indeed an unforgettable experience for those die-hard basketball supporters to watch the thrilling games. And what more relaxing and better way to do after it is to roam around the place and try some exciting stuff.

Cagayan de Oro, which is the first venue, is filled with outstanding scenic places ranging from beaches, mountains, limestone caves, rivers, historical landmarks, timeless churches and fancy restaurants.

If you are planning to stay in CDO and looking for a hotel with golf estate, Hotel Koresco is the one for you. It has an 18-hole golf course located at Pueblo de Oro Golf Estate.

The last venue for PBA All-Star is at Lapu-lapu City Cebu. Basketball fans can roam around the city after the game but they might have a hard time deciding where to go or what to do first since there’s a lot to choose from.
