Rumor: Raptors May Want Amir Johnson Back


The 30 year old second round pick in 2005 by the Detroit Pistons did not have the best performance in Boston as he was relegated to the bench most of the time. Averaging 20 minutes on the floor and scoring an average of 6.5 points every game, the former Raptor may have a lot more to offer. 

The Raptors think so and it is rumored that the long time former Raptor is wanted by his former team. Johnson spent 6 years in Toronto and had the best stats of his career where he averages as high as 10.4 points in the 2013-14 season. 

With Raptors needing another big man, Amir Johnson maybe a good target for them.

The card, at the ProBox TV Events Center in Plant City, Florida, is led by two featherweights attempting to climb the rankings Angelo Leo (23-1, 11 KOs), who trains out of Las Vegas, Nevada, made weight at 125.8 lbs.
